Here you will find answers to some frequently asked questions about how to buy credits, how to be a Stella TV seller and much more.

A credit is equivalent to one month of service; for example, if you buy 15 credits and a client requests a one-month account, 1 credit will be deducted from your panel. It is also important to know that each created account allows up to (3-4) simultaneous connections, whether with the same or different IP.

It is not possible. Once you use a credit to create an account, you will not be able to recover it. However, remember that the created account only activates when it is used in the app, which still allows you to recover the value of the credit.

Credits do not have an expiration date, so you don't need to worry if you don't sell them in a month. You can keep your Stella TV credits in your reseller panel for as long as you want.

From your panel, look for the account you want to renew and select the renewal period you prefer: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or a year.

If you have run out of credits, you will need to recharge. Remember that only the person who sold you the panel can perform the recharge.

You can only renew your own clients' accounts; it is not possible to renew accounts of users who have purchased from other resellers.
